The effects of different storage conditions and periods on mould-yeast, aflatoxin, E. coli and E. coli O157 in wet sugar beet pulp

This study was designed to determine the effects of storage condition and period on mold-yeast, aflatoxin, E. coli O157 in wet sugar beet pulp (WSBP). For this aim, samples were taken from first production WSBP factory (Control) newly packaged sacks packaging company (Packaged Control). Afterwards, additional two stored as (Packaged) surrounded by a nylon cover outside near barn (Non-packaged) predetermined farms with one-month interval. The pH value Packaged group significantly lower than Non-packaged at end 1st 2nd months (P<0.01). yeast-mold count groups determined be 4.61, 1.60 4.83, 1.26 log10 CFU/g, respectively However, aflatoxin (B1, B2, G1 G2) not detected groups. 1.48 (in month) 1.53 CFU/g only group. It worked for identification positive group, but it detected. Consequently, that use better terms microbiological analysis.
